1. Who we are

VelioSIM is a travel eSIM store operated by Noel Fay Telecom Services, 1 Beaverstown Orchard, Ballisk Common, Donabate, Co. Dublin, K36 AE71, Ireland. Telephone: +353 87 286 5648. In these terms, "we", "us" and "VelioSIM" mean Noel Fay Telecom Services trading as VelioSIM, and "you" means the person placing an order on veliosim.tech.

These terms apply to every order placed through veliosim.tech. Please read them before you buy. By completing an order you confirm that you accept them.

2. What we sell

We sell prepaid data plans delivered as eSIM profiles. An eSIM profile is downloaded to a compatible device instead of being supplied as a plastic SIM card. Connectivity is provided over the networks of mobile operators in the destination you select.

We are a reseller. We do not operate the mobile networks used by your plan, and network coverage, speed and availability depend on the operators concerned and on local conditions.

3. Device requirements

Before you buy, check that your device supports eSIM and is not locked to a single carrier. Our compatibility page lists devices we have information about. If your device is not listed, we cannot confirm that it will work.

An eSIM profile can normally be installed on one device only. Deleting a profile from your device usually makes it impossible to reinstall.

4. Plans, data and validity

Each plan states its data allowance, validity period, activation policy, and whether calls, SMS or tethering are included. Only the features stated on the plan are included.

Plans described as unlimited have no fixed data allowance. Where a fair use policy applies, it is stated on the plan. Under a fair use policy the network may reduce speed after sustained heavy use.

The validity period of a plan begins according to the activation policy shown on that plan. Validity is measured in consecutive calendar days from that moment and does not pause.

5. Orders and prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the site and include any taxes stated at checkout. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed on the checkout page at the moment your order is created, calculated by our servers.

We may correct obvious pricing errors before an order is fulfilled. If we do, we will tell you and you may cancel the order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order and make the eSIM available to you.

6. Payment

Payment is taken by an external payment provider on its own secure page. VelioSIM does not receive or store your card number, expiry date or security code.

If your payment is not completed, your order stays in our system and you may attempt payment again from your order page.

7. Delivery

eSIM details are delivered digitally: on your order page and by email to the address you provided at checkout. There is no physical shipment.

Please make sure the email address you enter is correct. If it is wrong, contact support with your order code and we can correct it.

8. Cancellation and refunds

Your statutory rights as a consumer in the European Union apply. Our Refund Policy explains how the right of withdrawal applies to digital content that is supplied immediately, and the situations in which we refund an order. See Refund Policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service lawfully. You must not resell a plan without our written agreement, use it for automated bulk messaging, use it in a way that damages a network, or attempt to bypass fair use controls.

We may suspend or cancel a plan used in breach of this section, and we will tell you why.

10. Support

Support is available through the chat on veliosim.tech, the contact page, and by telephone on +353 87 286 5648. When you contact us about an order, please give your order code so that we can find it quickly.

11. Our responsibility

We provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms or our failure to use reasonable care.

We are not responsible for problems caused by a device that does not support eSIM, by an incorrect email address supplied at checkout, by network outages at an operator, or by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the version published when the order was placed. The current version and its date are shown on this page.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you are a consumer resident in another EU member state, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. Disputes may be brought before the Irish courts or, where the law allows, the courts of your country of residence.
