How a VelioSIM eSIM works

Pick your destination and the amount of data you need. Each plan states its validity, whether tethering is included and how activation works.

Install
After checkout your eSIM details appear on your order page and arrive by email. Install the profile while you still have a stable internet connection.

Connect
Switch the eSIM on when your plan's activation conditions are met. Your usual SIM can stay in the phone for calls and SMS.
Providers do not all start the validity period in the same way. Some plans begin counting at purchase, others on the first connection to a supported network. The activation policy is shown on every plan, in your order and in the confirmation email.
Install before you fly
Installing the profile needs internet. Doing it at home is easier than looking for airport Wi-Fi after you land.
Check the device first
Your phone must support eSIM and must not be carrier locked. Our compatibility page lists the devices we have information about.
